This place is miserbale to live at. I originally moved here when I was a student at The Culinary Institute of America and it was a quick and convienent place to move into. At first glance this seems to be an ideal place, cheap, inexpensive, immenities, spacious rooms but it just is not worth it. Once you get settled in all the flaws come into place. The rooms have a lingering smell, the mold is unbearable, and the work there is shotty. In my time there I went for 5 days in the middle of winter with no heat, claimed I never paid my rent and was handed late notices on the regular when I never missed one payment, had my car broken into right outside my door, and so on. Overall I hate living here but it is the only convienent place while being at school. Please save your money and find a more respectable place.
