Beautiful property, but the apartments are cheaply appointed. Units are no longer even provided with air conditioning. This is a very transient community. A large portion of the tenants are students from the CIA and therefore often leave after one lease. The one bedroom apartments are fairly spacious and suitable for a couple. The two bedroom units are cramped, because the square footage of these are not much larger than the one bedroom units. This is very evident in the kitchen space which is approximately three feet shorter in length than that of the one bedroom kitchen unit. This is not a great living experience for professionals due to frustrations of living in a student environment. Many leave as soon as more suitable housing can be found. One of the biggest drawback to these units is they are poorly insulated when it comes to noise. The buildings are constructed more like a private home. This means that you hear your neighbors above you and even below you. Staff is generally friendly, but here again there is turnover. Emergency repairs are often handled quickly, but general maintenance is below average due to lack of proper materials, equipment and overall skill. On the positive side, pets are allowed.
Pros: Convenient location, Accepts Pets,
Cons: Cheeply appointed, Can be noisy at night, Weak services
