We just attended a birthday party at A Kids Gym. The 2 instructors were not excited to be there. No enthusiasm. Perhaps they weren't suppose to work today. However, that was the least of the issues. One of the instructors constantly 'grabbed' the kids by their arms, repremanding them for not following the rules. If this happens while the parents are present, I can only imagine what goes on when our kids are dropped off for classes or daycare/camp. The first 10 minutes of the party consisted of the kids sitting in a circle, listening to the instructor tell the kids what they 'could not' do in the gym. The average age was 3. I am contacting the owner Monday morning. Very unacceptable behavior by anyone calling themselves a teacher, and scary behavior for a childcare facility.
