We called them on Friday, 7/15/2011. Were told they would be there on 7/16 between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. They called at 9:00 a.m. and said they weren't coming..we were ""too far out"". We live in Palmdale within sight of the 14 freeway (Zip 93550). We are not far out!!They are on Avenue K in Lancaster! They wouldn't reconsider. Very rude and unprofessional. Made us wait 2 hours before they called and told us they were not coming. Ridiculous...try another company! I'd hate to see what their work quality is like if their customer service is this poor!!
