I Love Mike Burrell, he was my service manager for about 7 years before he switched over to Kniesels. We stayed where we were because we didnt know where Mike went.
I have recently reconnected with Mike and as always his level of customer service and honesty are like a magnet drawing me in.
Unfortunately there were some problems with my car and I had to take a day off work to bring it back. Since Kneisels were the last people to work on the car they fixed the broken part for free. It was a little uncomfortable that they blamed my prior mechanic.
I do plan on coing back because I am loyal to Mike and we will see how it goes. Maybe my first experience was just a fluke.
