My wife and I originally traveled to a well known clinic in Dallas based on their reputation and statistics. After our initial meeting with the doctor, we felt disappointed. That clinic just lacked certain characteristics we hoped to find.
We began looked in to clinics in the San Antonio area and we decided to give RMA a try. I wish we would have never wasted our time in Dallas. From the very beginning RMA set itself apart as a clinic that truly cared about our needs. Every single person that we interacted with at RMA was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The receptionists were helpful, and would find out the answers to our questions promptly and always returned our calls the same day. I never once felt as though we were inconveniencing them.
Dr. Arredondo and Dr. Hudson are top notch. We dealt with each doctor, and I have zero complaints with both. Dr. Arredondo is clearly talented and knows what he is doing. The same can be said for Dr. Hudson. She clearly has experience and talent. Both very kind and caring. They make the perfect team.
I am not the type of person that writes reviews. I am not writing this review to recommend a clinic. I am writing this review to BEG you to go to RMA. You will not be disappointed. My wife is currently 11 weeks pregnant, and we could not have dreamed up a more pleasant experience.
