Went there for happy hour for the first time not knowing what to expect. Parking was limited, therefore had to maneuver to an adjacent parking lot. First impression was that the atmosphere was dead, i.e., sterile with cracked concrete floors and glass everywhere. Sitting on the patio felt like being right on the street with views of rush hour traffic right in your face. The dim sum was marginal at best and the owner kept making a jackass out of himself by not letting the staff do their job. Not worth the effort.
