I have had several bad experiences with this company, too many to write down. I had an issue with my insurance and they double charged me for something I was already paying for, and it took them SIX months to correct and issue that was their fault. During those SIX months I was continuously harrassed for a balance that wasn't correct and I didn't owe. I was verbally threatened when no appropriate documents were sent out via mail or other wise. So now that they call they get my voicemail only! Also it's like the account managers didn't know what the last one spoke about and after about about literally the 12th time of explaining the same thing it became frustrating, and that became another reason I didn't answer my phone. My best advice is to honesty don't do business with this company the staff is ridiculously unprofessional from the way they dress to the way they speak. I worked in Collections for two years and never had to speak with anyone they way they had spoken to me.
