Do not purchase from them.very unprofessional.the car would not even pass inspection.Three weeks after getting the car gave them a call.bring the car in we will take a look.took the car back and one of the mechanics rode with me. He drove the car then he said im not sure could be the the brakes.they say leave the car.how do i get to work if i leave it.i can't leave car. A friend took me to a mechanic.found out the rear rotors was gone one was warped and someone put new pads on a warped rusted rotor.thay are good at camouflaging.now someone else has bought them out.they claimed they tried to call me several time which was a lie.my so called account mgr.did not exist. So who was i to talk to.Finally talked to somone name Daisy. And once trying to make a payment wouldnt even take my money who does that.never got my car fax report either.i really believe Mario knew this car had problems.Just stay away from these people.Dont waste your time or money. more

This place is horrible. My acct mngr got fired w/o my knoweledge i kept calling tryng to make a payment no answer lft numerous msgs no call back. To then get a call one month talkin bout i owe such nd such. When i told dem what hapened they told me he got fired they lost my files and are now gettin round to calling me. Called and spoke to someone who declined to give me his name and hung up in my face. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY!!!!!!! Poor communication and then they catchin attitudes wit ppl like its ur fault. more

These guys are crooks. They sold me a car that won't pass inspection and refuse to take responsibility. They also botched some wiring repairs that are now fire hazards. They claim to report good crdit monthly but only report regularly if you are behind. I got 15 days behind and they illegally charged my bank account to get their money and called me a ""deadbeat"". more

If your wise, youll do your homework about this company before waisting your money and ruining your credit. I fell behind two payments due to a medical condition and having to move locations and they threatened repossession. This company told me that they cant do anything about it and it doesnt matter! Only thing they will defer is the medical expenses. Then, they demanded documents the same day as if I suppose to carry that information on me while at work. Another important factor, your job IS NOT your credit. They actually run a credit check and base it off that. I do not have good credit but I do have a goof job and my APR with these people is 22%! When I asked for a corporate number the associates/financial advisors,especially Virginia, are very rude and they state there is no owner he retired! I strongly wish I wouldnt have just rushed and conducted business with this company I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to purchase from them. In addition, the vehicle I bought was a 08 Chevrolet Impala with already 100000 miles and they charged me 24000 with finances for this veh. Ive conttracted almost a year and you mean to tell me that because I missed two payments(1 month) that Im at risk of my car being repossessed? This is the worst experience Ive ever had with a dealership and I regret I even got myself involved with them. more

Don't do business with this company 7/14/2011

I have had several bad experiences with this company, too many to write down. I had an issue with my insurance and they double charged me for something I was already paying for, and it took them SIX months to correct and issue that was their fault. During those SIX months I was continuously harrassed for a balance that wasn't correct and I didn't owe. I was verbally threatened when no appropriate documents were sent out via mail or other wise. So now that they call they get my voicemail only! Also it's like the account managers didn't know what the last one spoke about and after about about literally the 12th time of explaining the same thing it became frustrating, and that became another reason I didn't answer my phone. My best advice is to honesty don't do business with this company the staff is ridiculously unprofessional from the way they dress to the way they speak. I worked in Collections for two years and never had to speak with anyone they way they had spoken to me. more

public auto sale in Garlang 5/25/2011

Public auto sale is a business that is un fair to people. They tell you they are going to work with you and than they dont. Dont believe a word they say because they will come and get your car after they have made a payment plan with you. Cindy is crooked and harass you every chance she gets.Go to a regular dealership God will help you if you trust in him.When you are almost finish paying for your car they will take your car back because they want to resell it and get more that is wrong. Think TWICE before you go there. more

I have been behind a few times but I was able to explain to them and all things worked out great. I will pay this car off and purchase a trusk with them afterwards. I refer all friends to go there, no hassle at all! more

Happy with PAS in Seagoville, TX 6/24/2009

My husband and i purchased a dodge ram lone star from them and through the years we had a few medical problems with my son and had to defer a couple of payments and eventually we got caught up and paid the vehicle off they were very understanding thanks for all the help and support. PLH/VML. Happy in seagoville. more

They lie to get your business 4/18/2009

I bought my car thru them a year ago .At that time I told him that the payment were to high and I really could not afford them for a long period of time he told me that after 6 months they would refiance it or after a year I could trade it in for something cheaper . He lied I have tried to refiance thru them but they say they dont refiance and when I asked about trading it in they said I had to pay it off first which wont be for another two years, they refuse to put payment of the note, so if you run into any fiancial problems you are just out of luck with them. I would never do business with them again Pros: fast purchase Cons: they lie more

best car buying experience 6/6/2008

Yadar at Public Auto Sales was great. I called him before I took my lunch, told him what I wanted, went & came back with a great vehicle and very satisfied. I was in a rush the whole time because I was on my lunch break, but Yadar kept up with me and it only took 2 hours. I work at a car dealership so I know that buy a vehicle is a process that takes time+patience, but Public Auto Sale made it so much easier for me this time around. I recommend them to all of my family and friends. Pros: no credit check and totally hassle free Cons: I wanted a Lincoln Towncar but they never seem to have one. more
