I recently purchased a 2004 re-certified Honda Element from your dealership. I am writing to say "thank you". I have purchased other vehicles in the past and they were all bad experiences. And to be honest, I was worried that your dealership was going to be a nightmare. But your entire staff proved me wrong. It was a wonderful experience. I wanted to thank you for having a qualified employee that is bother trained in vehicle knowledge as well as customer service. Your sales agent Peter helped us from the beginning. I had called him earlier that morning to inquire about the Element to make sure it was still available. When we arrived around eleven in the morning, Peter was there with the key in hand and ready to test-drive. We had to bring our 13 month old daughter us and they made her comfortable and even gave her a big red balloon. It was wonderful. The facility accommodated us with patience and understanding apologizing about the time, we were there from 11am until after 3pm). Your sales agent Peter stayed with us the whole time, with out even taking a lunch break. The finance manager worked with us to get a low monthly payment and a low vehicle price. In these hard times, it's nice to know that there are still people out in this world who understand what you are going through and are able to work with you. more
