This is the kind of employee you want to be representing your company. He doesn’t sell you anything. He just explains without being demeaning what needs to be done with our vehicle as if it was his. Wanted to inform you of the wonderful customer service I received while purchasing a new car from our dealership. I was helped by Peter (your Fleet Manager) who was very knowledgeable and helpful I have heard a lot of people complain about the experience of buying a car, and previously have had a negative experience myself at another dealership. Peter was able to find the car I wanted, he made the purchasing of the car very easy, and the car was ready when he promised. I am very happy with my car and my experience with both Peter and Concord Honda. more

We bought our car from Concord Honda. Wanted to say thanks, I appreciate the straightforward, no hassle pricing you offered. It was a good price as well. Mike did a great job showing us the car and working through the purchase paperwork. Thanks for your friendly patience as we oscillated in our decision between colors. We got the color we wanted. Thanks also to Eleni for explaining the finance-related clearly without pushing us on any of them. Overall, it was a great experience. more

AMAZING! 7/5/2011

Once I decided to go with Concord Honda, I made a call and notified Ali of the car we wanted and that we were on our way. The car was ready when we got there and the whole deal took no more than one and a half hours; from the time we walked in the doors, to the time we drove off in our new car. AMAZING! My wife and I really appreciated this, as we brought our two younger children with us. more

stood out as the most honest 6/16/2011

I began by seeking quotes on the Internet from various dealerships. Not only was Ali's quote among the lowest by email, he made sure to follow up with a phone call to assure me the best price. Throughout our correspondence both by phone and email, he stood out as the most honest (by far) and kind. Ali respected the fact that I had done my research and treated me accordingly. He knew when not to "sell". more

Originally, Mark Gillam was the one who took care of my Honda Civic for a number of years, until I finally sold it and purchased a Honda Element. He is a great asset to your company and I sure miss working with him at this location. He always rememebred me and my car and that made me feel like a VIP. more

Always Take the Time To Explain Things 3/25/2011

I have been very pleased with the service I received here- both in car sales and in the service department. I first purchased my Honda Civic there in 1997 and had them do all the service until I moved out of state...even then I would call them and get their feedback on what other service centers were recommending and they would always take the time to explain everything to me. So when I moved back I brought my new Honda to them for servicing and have continued to receive quality service. more

My experience with Concord Honda dealership was extremely nice. They were very friendly and helpful. Absolutely 'no-pressure' during the whole process of purchase. We live in bay area, and my wife contacted the dealership over email/phone, and we drove 60 miles to pick up the vehicle. As the color we wanted, was not available, the sales person [Ali] arranged it from another dealership. Price was better than the best offered price in any of the bay area dealership, for the same make/model/trim. more

I really like the service department here. The waiting room is nice too. I bring my friend's Honda here, and my Toyota as well sometimes just because it's nice, fast, and has good prices. more

Very Impressed 2/25/2011

My story on the sales side, we bought our Civic in 2005, we drive our cars a long time, my BWM is now 14 years old. We went in on the last day of the month in April and said we wanted a Hybrid Civic and we wanted leather and we would not pay over market. It was the kids first sale it had little of the standard hype. Service: We work with a service tech named Wasif and he pretty much rocks. takes care of things has a good attitude. Drop it off on Saturday Morning and pick it up that afternoon. What could be simpler. more
