Fabulous service from beginning to end! The receptionist was cheerful, helpful and thorough. The plumber, Carl, was timely, professional, and very knowledgeable. He fixed our hot water heater but not before explaining, in detail, what the problem was, how he was going to fix it, how much it was going to cost, and gave us suggestions for upgrading our well pump, as well. No hidden costs and everything is guaranteed for 2 years. Wonderful company and great staff!
