I called on a Thursday afternoon, spoke to a very polite person who expressed sympathy with my needs, and the repair person, Jamie, arrived the following morning. He was thorough, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and polite. His explanations were clear and unhurried. I call on Four Seasons Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. Their technicians are very professional,prompt and polite. I needed a filter change, faucet aeorator replacement, and possible leak under sink in bathroom and Richard fixed all of these quickly, leaving no mess. They give you the price up front. Their office staff is so helpful. I had to change my appointment twice and Rachael was so nice about it and worked hard to get a time that worked for me. On the day of my service, I missed Richard's call letting me know he was on his way and called the once to make sure it was him and again to give specific directions to my house and she was so polite and understanding. My husband is unable to fix things around our house any more and it gives me great comfort to know I can call on Four Seasons Plumbing and get great service every time, day or night. Couple years ago our hot water heater began pouring water at 10:30 pm and you can imagine my state of emotions!. Four Seasons sent someone who, after a long day of work showed up in a clean uniform, smile on his face and got things under control. That's service! more
