My wife called them on a Sunday to come out and fix our HVAC system. I was out of the country at the time and had no way taking care of the situation. The technician came to the house and after about about 20 min and $159 diagnostic fee told her it was the capacitor on the outside compressor. This capacitor he told her was a very special capacitor so he charged her an additional $360 to replace it. He showed her this in a "price book". Actually it was a very common capacitor which retails for about $40 plus tax. So in about one hour he had charged $520 to replace a $40 capacitor. I understand that they need to make a profit but these people are con-artist. They use this price book to divert any priceing arguements.
