Sentry Gets the Job Done Fast! 5/3/2012

I am amazed at the hours that the Sentry technicians work and the speed at which they come out. In the past 2 months, I have used Sentry technicians to fix my heating unit and my garbage disposal, and both times, the technician arrived at my house in less than an hour and a half! The first time he even came on a Sunday afternoon! With each visit, it took the technician less than 2 hours to fix my problem entirely (despite my poor efforts to explain it over the phone)!\r \r Sentry must have a ton of technicians in order to work this quickly. The technicians I have dealt with have all been very polite and professional. I will certainly use Sentry for all of my plumbing/air conditioning needs in the future :) more

Amazing Service 5/3/2012

I started experiencing plumbing issues last Saturday, and I began freaking out, as I had a very important company party at my house the next day. Fortunately, a technician from Sentry was able to come out and solve my problems less than 2 hours after I called. I am forever grateful for their amazing service and wonderful support! I find it funny you think Sentry Heating, Air and , Plumbing are scam artists considering they came out to your house on a sunday. Maybe next time you should just let your wife sweat in the heat while your out of town. I don't know many other companies that would come out on a sunday, which is overtime, and fix your a/c unit for free. The only way you even knew what part was causing the a/c to go out is because the Sentry technicians were able to diagnose the problem and repair it.Maybe next time you shouldn't be such a cheap bastard! . Great Scam artist 7/13/2011

My wife called them on a Sunday to come out and fix our HVAC system. I was out of the country at the time and had no way taking care of the situation. The technician came to the house and after about about 20 min and $159 diagnostic fee told her it was the capacitor on the outside compressor. This capacitor he told her was a very special capacitor so he charged her an additional $360 to replace it. He showed her this in a "price book". Actually it was a very common capacitor which retails for about $40 plus tax. So in about one hour he had charged $520 to replace a $40 capacitor. I understand that they need to make a profit but these people are con-artist. They use this price book to divert any priceing arguements. more
