Bradley Mechanical did a really good job for us. We have a two-story house, with AC and Heating units on each level. Our upstairs AC unit went out and it just happened to be during the hottest time and over a holiday weekend. We called Bradley, but due to the high demand and holiday, they weren't going to be able to come out for a few days. In the meantime, Brad set us up with a window AC unit for our bedroom, so we wouldn't have to stay downstairs or at a hotel.
Brad was great about giving us various options. Our house is seventeen years old, and the units we had were all original. He wisely advised us to replace both the upstairs unit as well as the downstairs too. He gave us a package deal for getting it all done at the same time. There was a little bit of sticker shock, it seems like a lot of money but we know that he really did save us money from the bottom to the top. We went with the best system and have been very happy with it. Brad is very professional and took time to answer all of our questions. He also advised us that we were eligible for energy efficient rebates. Brad went ahead and filled those forms out and filed them for us. We would definitely use Bradley Mechanical again, and highly recommend their services!
