I was having trouble getting very hot water in the shower from my tankless hot water heater. I was guessing that maybe the new decorative faucet, which I had installed, might be causing the problem because these heaters work on demand pressure from the hot water side and adding the cold made the heater think no hot water was needed. I went out and bought a new 'regular' double handle unit and since the shower is tiled I called Bradley Mechanical to install it. Based on the stellar reviews that I found on here...Glad I did. Brad came out and rather than listen to me, he worked his magic and discovered that I had the Temperature setting on the unit way too low!!! After maybe 20 minutes of tinkering, everything worked great and both shower tile and wallet were spared serious damage. Friendly, knowledgeable and above all else, honest. Will call no one else next time! Thanks guys!!! more

Top Notch!!!! My water heater went out during the night and I woke up to a basement full of water. Not only did Bradley Mechanical Come out that morning, but they had everything fixed that day. Just wanted to say how unbelievably reliable, dependable, and trustworthy these guys are!! I had an emergency and called my regular plumber that I've had for years, and they had the nerve to send some sketchy sub contractor to my home with. First and for most, let me say there was literally no heat in my home! It was freezing! And to think you would call someone you knew for years would come ASAP ! No I get some guy that I've never heard of ! Anyways, I called up Bradley Mechanical, whom I've never used before and they came in 20 mins! And not only did they come ] in 20 mins ! But it was the owner who came! He was honest and he worked with my budget! He explained everything to me in detail! Unreal! And after he explained everything and we agreed on everything, he came back that same day! ( literally one hr later.. Because he had to pick up parts and what not) He was finished fast and did not even leave a spot on the floor! Honestly they are amazing and my family and I will be a client of your forever!! I contacted Bradley Mechanical on July 31 to get an estimate for a Kholer stationary electrical generator. Brad personally came to the house to discuss which circuits I wanted backed up and he with the electrician calculated the size generator I would need. He gave me a quote for the generator and installation costs. After comparing prices with other vendors, I called Brad on August 2 to accept his quote. He ordered the generator and his technicians installed it on August 8. This included installing the generator on a gravel foundation and installing the piping for the natural gas line. They accomplished this in just a few hours. The county building inspector arrived the following day and approved the installation. Electricians from Conner Electrical Services, a subcontractor to Bradley mechanical, arrived on August 14 to install the automatic transfers witch and the electrical panel connections. It was quite an operation but they finished everything by the end of the day. The county building inspector conducted the final inspection on the morning of August 16. Joel from Bradley Mechanical arrived about twenty minutes later to brief me on the operation of the generator. I am very satisfied with Bradley Mechanical’s work. They did an outstanding job installing our generator. They were very polite, professional, and efficient. The technicians all wear service uniforms with nametags and they always introduced themselves upon arrival. Bradley Mechanical installed a complete HVAC system for us five years ago. Their service and reliability was exemplary then and now. I would highly recommend them for any heating, air conditioning, or electrical generator work. more
