Justin from JM Electric, Inc. had an advertisement in our community flier. We have used them about three times over the past two years. We had them in to work on our internet cabling, establishing new wiring and adding light fixtures. We had one issue where the internet wiring was not right, and our technician didn't have the right tool to fix it. He ran out to get the tool, and returned immediately to do the repair. We were not put out at all, and only down for a couple of hours.
The electrician we use is Jeff. Jeff is really one of the main reasons why we continue to use them. He is so polite, friendly and trustworthy. We are totally comfortable with him in the house. He also offers great ideas or suggestions without being pushy. It really a level of customer service I have not found with other companies. We'll continue to use Jeff now that we've found him!
