my appointment was at 10:40am. They took me back right away, sat me down, and put the bib on me. I then waited for 20 minutes before I saw a single person. Then the assistant came over, to let me know the Dr was running late. It was another half hour before the Dr came by to let me know that she was ready. I thought that this was very poor service. To make a patient sit and wait for over 45 minutes without any kind of follow up is very rude. Unfortunatley this wasn't the first time that this has happened. a year ago, they took me back for xrays, then sat me in a chair, the Dr came in for an exam and then I waited for 45 minutes before anyone came to tell me my cleaning wasn't even scheduled for another 2 hours! Very dissapointed!
