Unfortunately, I do not trust this dental practice but they are the only one in our area that accepts our dental insurance. I feel they make work for themselves even if a patient does not need a service they tell them they do. At another time I called my insurance to file a grievance against them and they informed me that there were many others of the same grievance. I think they are a practice that has quotas and they will do anything to meet that quota include fraud people into thinking they need a service they don't need.
