I purchased my clearwater gutter guards in 2009, with a "fully warranty." My gutter guards were damaged by falling tree limbs in April, and every person I've spoken to in a customer service capacity has told me that "someone will get back with you in a couple of weeks." It has now been TWELVE weeks since I've first contacted them, with no one contacting me or addressing my needs. The product was fine once it was actually put up on the house (that was a bit of a nightmare too, with their contractors they sent out to do the work being sketchy characters that you would never leave alone at your house), but now I guess they don't want to fulfill their warranty. Very frustrating.
