Angela has been a patient for about 12 years. While we have always been very satisfied with the level of care and the friendliness of your staff, I am very upset about the $100 missed appointment fee I have been charged. In the tweleve years, I have never missed an appointment for either of my children and find the amount for your missed appointment extremely high. I did call to alert your office that Angie had a conflict with school and would not be able to make her appointment. With the extra cost that we take on for pediatric dentistry, and in today's tough economic times I find this fee to be pretty outrageous.
