I did not like the use of the mouth prop that the doctor used to keep my child's mouth open for his exam, a first appointment for him. I was not made aware that this would be used...

Handled with care 2/1/2012

My 7 year old daughter is treated so kindly by the dentist, hygienist and staff. She always feels welcome and knows she is in good hands. Dr. Bethel and the staff are very thorough and knowledgeable. She had three sealant treatments and said "there were a lot of things in my mouth but it didn't hurt at all." more

Dr. Bethel and her staff are truly wonderful with my 9 yr old daughter. We are moving out of the area in the summer, but may return twice a year simply schedule appointments! more

Excellent Dentist 1/30/2012

Dr Bethel is the best pediatric dentist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The dental hygienist is the best around and that is why my daughter enjoys going to the dentist twice a year! Her entire staff is excellent with children. more

We have been coming to Dr. Bethel for years. She has a wonderful staff and creates a fun environment for kids at the dentist. I have 3 kids and they all LOVE the dentist! I owe this to Dr. Bethel and her wonderful staff! more

Dr Bethel and her practice 1/23/2012

can't recommend this practice enough. everything from the gorgeous fishtank to the wonderful, wonderful staff, i highly recommend them! my son is a nervous type and they manage to make him feel relaxed and comfortable for his exams. very caring staff who makes you feel like your kids are the cutest in the world! more

Friendly, Hands On Care 12/21/2011

The service here was fantastic. We were treated warmly and given excellent care. The office was clean and there were toys for the little ones to play with. They even had gameboys next to each exam chair. The Dr. was very gentle, kind caring and understanding. The Dr. also answered all of my questions and told me what to expect in the coming year. Thanks so much for the great care. We are looking forward to going to the dentist again! more

A family and friendly environment 12/9/2011

When it comes to chosing the right doctor for your children, you search high and low for the one who will take good care of your children. And when you find the doctor, you hit the jackpot. Dr. Bethel has been our pediatric dentist for the past 6 years and always know we are in good hands. My kids love going to the dentist, who knew that visiting the dentist can be like a walk in the park. An excellent, friendly, and a family evironment! more

Wonderful. Been going there for 17 years with my girls, one of whom had severe dental phobia when young. The staff and Dr. Bethel were able to make her comfortable. Very knowledgeable and friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to accomodate patients. more

Her tooth is out!! 11/28/2011

My daughter has had a loose tooth under another one for months not wanting to wiggle it out herself. I gave in and made the appointment with Dr, Bethel and my daughter was truly excited! They immediately made my daughter feel comfortable and 20 mins later it was out. No crying, no complaining, and my daughter actually wanted to go right back to school to show her friends her tooth. I love Dr. Bethels office! more

Wonderful Dental Office 10/18/2011

I would like to thank Dr. Bethel and staff for making my sons visit such a great experience. It was so nice to have all of my questions answered, as well as easing the fears of my child, and treating him with such compassion. In todays busy world it is so nice to see this level of care. Great Staff But Experience A Nightmare 10/18/2011

I did not like the use of the mouth prop that the doctor used to keep my child's mouth open for his exam, a first appointment for him. I was not made aware that this would be used before the exam. I brush my child's teeth twice a day every day, I could have told her how many and what position his teeth were in. Had I known, I would've have asked for more patients instead of using this instrument. I can honestly say, I'm going to have nightmares about this experience. All and all the staff was warm and welcoming and the atmosphere was very nice with places for children to play. I just can't get over not being made aware that instrument would be used if my infant didn't "cooperate". Unless there is a dire reason, I will probably not bring him back till he is over 3. more

Recent appointment 10/12/2011

Thank you so much for our recent appointment with Dr. Bethel. My daughter was worried about the appointment and Dr. Bethel answered all of her questions. She is usually worried about "pain" and you did everything to make her comfortable from the initial consultation and explanation to the closing meeting. You are awesome. more

We always have a great visit with the staff at South Riding Pediatric Dentistry. They are so warm, caring, knowledgeable and fun! I think it is particularly thoughtful of Dr. Bethel to check in on patients after procedures! more

Tooth pull 9/21/2011

My daughter had to have a tooth pulled and was in and out quickly with no discomfort. Dr. Bethel and her staff were wonderful as usual. more

Excellent Care for a Nervous 3 1/2 Year Old 9/13/2011

As always, very caring staff and, gentle hands and flexibility to allow Mom to stay and read to a nervous 3 year old while she had cavitied filled. more
