I was late to my appointment. SHOW UP EARLY! They had me fill out a little bit of paper work and because the woman doing my facial was totally booked up they shaved off a lot of time off of my facial. I discussed rescheduling because I was late but the woman was kind of rude about the fact that she didn't have openings. The facial was VERY painful, which I guess is normal but I wish she would've warned me at least. And then when she put of something on my face after that burned I explained it to her, again I would've preferred being warned!
