We lived there for 2 years and by the end of our lease, rent had jumped to about 926. They told me it would jump up every year there after. When we moved they gave us a final utility bill that was very high but yet couldn't really show us the documents about what exactly we were charged. If you EVER sign any paperwork with them, GET COPIES or else you are left out in the cold with them. All they want is your paycheck and they don't give a darn about you or your family. \r
