I bought a vacuum to clean my pool and return it within 1/2 hour after I realized it require 12 hours to charge. The staffs were very rude and refused to give me back my refund. They speak of having a no return policy which is posted to the left of the register and no where in sight of a customer's range of vision when paying. They offer store credit. Mind you that I walked in carrying my 5 month old baby and my 3 year old daughter. Imagine the hassle I went through to make it to the store to return this item to hear this. THey totally forgot that losing a customer is worth a lot more than giving my refund back. Save your money and shop some place else.
