Most other pool contractors will do precisely what you want; irregardless of whether or not it is aesthetically pleasing. Bob has a good eye for form and tailored the pool to fit my backyard. His designer eyes knew how to change the decking structure, and the resulting lines of the pool/decking transformed my backyard into a Mediterranean retreat.\r more

I called Maltese yesterday to see if they'd be able to come fix and clean my pool before this Friday. They were able to make it today! It only took them two hours, and it was done! The owner is great! We share a pool with the main house and both our dogs eagerly await their weekly arrival. They are super friendly and reliable. I highly recommend Maltese Pool and Spa. If there were a 10 star option, I would give it all 10 stars! more

I bought a vacuum to clean my pool and return it within 1/2 hour after I realized it require 12 hours to charge. The staffs were very rude and refused to give me back my refund. They speak of having a no return policy which is posted to the left of the register and no where in sight of a customer's range of vision when paying. They offer store credit. Mind you that I walked in carrying my 5 month old baby and my 3 year old daughter. Imagine the hassle I went through to make it to the store to return this item to hear this. THey totally forgot that losing a customer is worth a lot more than giving my refund back. Save your money and shop some place else. more

I purchased my hot tub from Maltese Pools about 4 years ago and I was a loyal customer ever since. They have always serviced it. I started having them service my above ground pool. This year I had them summarize my pool and it was a disaster. It was done on a rainy day, they had ALL the leaves on the cover fall INTO the pool, later claiming that there was a hole in the cover. The filter which was in perfect condition (I checked when I opened the garage) before they came, was now broken. The pump was cracked off the hinge in a downward position and not working. They claim they had nothing to do with this. However, they carried the filter in the rain (which was fine before they came) from the garage to the backyard. I went to the store in person and the service manager told me that his guys would say something if they did it. He came to my house and said he doesn't know how that happened but it wasn't his guys or the would have said so. He asked his guys if they noticed that the pump on the filter was broken; they said no. I wonder how it is possible that if these guys have experience doing this kind of work they never noticed that the pump was LOOSE and WIGGLING, OBVIOUSLY OFF THE HINGES while they carried it from inside my garage into my back yard and installed it started it up????????? It seems that everything is fine as long as nothing goes wrong, but if something goes wrong they will NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.......................... more

Asked for our $202.00 back they said no!!! what kind of place doesn't give refunds! oh they say it on their receipt- ""their policy!"" Spoke to the owner... she said she would replace it! Took it back for new pool pump and they said they didn't sell it to me like that-- WRONG!!! they tell me to come back to speak to the owner. I find out they lied to me on the phone and I spoke to the owner's daughter!! Told me to come back later-- What service!! not to mention total attitudes... What do you do? There is no one to get justice!!! DO NOT GO HERE FIND ANOTHER PLACE! PRICES ARE HIGH SERVICE IS BAD!!! VERY BAD!!! Cons: almost everything more
