When I first moved to Lawrence I thought this store was great. But lately the customer service has been horrible! Everyone who works there has been rude and unwilling to help. I have actually had someone tell me that they would NOT help me get a fish from the tank for my 7 year old daughter; and then she just walked away. I have tried and tried to give this store a chance but I won't shop here again.\r

Added to that, my daughter had a horrible interview with a manager named Gabe here back in March. She had to wait over an hour for him even though she was there on time. Once they got into his "office" he flat out told her "Look, I'm sorry but I can't hire you. I require certain things from the women I hire here and you don't have them." Obviously my daughter was outraged because he hadn't asked her any questions or even looked at her resume. she asked what those were and his simple said "You aren't skinny, you aren't as tall as I am, and you ar
