So you don't think this is an isolated case please feel free to pull 'Consumer Complaints, through 'Google' to see this complaint is the norm, not the exception. Complaint: This place is a nightmare! They try and sell you on a fact that it's not really a contract but make it nearly impossible to cancel your EFT. I called on 3 different occasions and was advised on the 3rd that obviously I was lying since there was no documentation. I even went to the facility to turn in a written cancellation notice but was told you have to go through the #800 where I promptly got to sit on hold for over 10 minutes each time only to speak - this last time - to a rude rep named 'Kristy' I think. After I filed a complaint she immediately called me to further argue with me about the cancellation. I simply want the $44.99 taken off that was charged yesterday - 6/13/11- and, as with the month prior, I'm jumping through hoops and being advised that there is 'no documentation'. Several complaint boards state how LIFESTYLE FITNESS is a nightmare to cancel with so BUYER BEWARE - unless you have disposable income and lots of patience, go somewhere else because when you're ready to cancel they're going to make it as difficult as possible while charging you in the process.
