AeroClean came to my home in April 2011 to clean my expensive leather sofa. One of the workers used the wrong cleaning tool and damaged the leather. The owner, Jim, had promised to, in his words, ""make everything right"". When his insurance claim was denied because of negligence by his worker, he had the audacity to state the couch was already damaged, even though when he came to give us the estimate, he stated our couch was in perfect condition.\r

I just wanted to make you aware that in case AeroClean damages your property, the owner Jim Buckholt will not honor his word. He is unprofessional and lacks business acumen.
