Aero Clean Landreth Carpet

This is the first time that we've used the carpet cleaning services of Aero Clean Landreth Carpet. They cleaned the carpets where I am employed and I was impressed with their work. I've had other carpet cleaning services at my home before but they don't compare to the work of Aero Clean. I was impressed with the customer service from the time I made the initial appointment to the crew that came in to clean our carpets. I will certainly use the again and have already recommended them to our friends and family! more

I had an elderly dog that left many stains on my carpet. Aero-clean got rid of all of the stains. They are very professional and friendly to do business with. more

We have a rental and the renant left numerous stains. We thought the stains would never come out, but Ken and his son pre-cleaned the stains with a commercial scubbing machine, went over the worst stains several times, and then steam cleaned the entire unit. Carpets look as good as new. The cleaning was worth evry penny, and then some. And as a bonus, Ken and his son very very nice. Thank you. more

I have been using Jim and his team for a few years for my home and business in Long Beach. He has always been more than fair - even came out multiple time to check on the results of his cleaning, when the real problem wa a powdered cleaner we had used in the store was mucking up his work.\r The lady with an issue about Jim's integrity must be a wack job (really) because in my experience he has always gone above and beyond the call to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Aero-Clean Landreth have always done a good job for us. We have been customers for about five years, maybe longer. We use him because he's a member of Cerrito's Chamber of Commerce. The last time he was here, our carpets were wet for a very long time, I don't know what happened there because that was unusual. Generally, he is on time and professional and we wouldn't use anyone else. I've been using Aero-Clean Landreth since 2007, when I had new carpet installed in my home. I use them three or four times each year. They are always polite, and have been good about solving the problems I've had. I appreciate their responsiveness, too. They usually answer the phone quickly, but if not, will return my messages right away. The Aero-Clean Landreth servicemen are committed to addressing my needs right away, and have been willing to rearrange their schedules to accommodate me, if necessary. They work very efficiently, and are in and out in a good amount of time, while still doing a good job. Once, I hand delivered a chair to their facilities, and they cleaned the whole thing, free of charge. I found this to be exceptional, and a good example of their commitment to customer service. AeroClean came to my home in April 2011 to clean my expensive leather sofa. One of the workers used the wrong cleaning tool and damaged the leather. The owner, Jim, had promised to, in his words, ""make everything right"". When his insurance claim was denied because of negligence by his worker, he had the audacity to state the couch was already damaged, even though when he came to give us the estimate, he stated our couch was in perfect condition.\r \r I just wanted to make you aware that in case AeroClean damages your property, the owner Jim Buckholt will not honor his word. He is unprofessional and lacks business acumen. more

I've had our carpet done a number of times by Aero-Clean Landreth. They've generally been on time and they do a good job. It doesn't take too long. Generally speaking, they're pretty good. The original owner was a friend and he sold it to the current owners. I have been continuing to use their business whenever I need my carpet cleaned. more

Aero-Clean does a great job. We've been using them for years, probably 20 now, and I won't call anybody else. The most recent job they did there was one room that was not as cleans as the rest, but they came back and took care of it. You couldn't ask for more. more

About 2-3 times a year, we call AeroClean to clean the carpets and upholstery at our homecare facilities for the elderly. I can always rely on them to do a great job, arrive within the timeframe they say they will come, and trust that their prices are very competitive. They even have occasional discounts and I like to take advantage of that. Jim is always available to answer any questions I have regarding the maintenance of my carpets and upholstery, and they even did some light carpet stretching. I think AeroClean goes above and beyond my expectations. They really are carpet cleaning experts. I have recommended them to my friends and even my realtor. more
