I took my 2006 For Escape Hybrid into Cottman of Round Rock to have a current vehicle analysis done on it and to fix any problems. After reading the negative reviews that you can find on the internet I obviously had my doubts. I found out they have brand new owners as of 2011. As a female that knows NOTHING about cars they did not take advantage of me. They treated me with respect and never once made me feel "dumb". No "red flags" went up while working with the staff or the owner. They went above and beyond what I paid them to do. Things have definitely seemed to change completely with the new owners. Granted I did not have an experience with the old owners prior to 2011, but I cannot imagine those negative issues happening now. Good luck! I hope you have the same experience I had!
