Just left this place. I scheduled an appointment a week ago, took off work, packed up my dog and cat for our first trip to this vet office. When we arrived, they said they didn't have us marked down for an appointment. This is completely ridiculous because I spent 10 minutes on the phone with them giving my information. If they can't even schedule an appointment, what can that say about the rest of their business?
