I hope I had read some reviews on the site first before I had J & J trimmed my trees. Supervisor Rene is a very ir-responsive person. He never shows up on the site after contract was signed. Workers failed to finish the job, and he never wanted to complete the work after checked was issued. I shouldn't pay the bill so quickly. Now, I have to hire others to finish the work he supposed to do. Reported to BBB and BBB agreed this company is bad.
