Fred is the best. I’d highly recommend both him and Performance. On the advice of a friend, I decided to look at the Outback and I’m very pleased I did. Fred made things easy. I had emailed the store and they called as well as emailed immediately to tell me they had it available and asked when could visit to try it out. When we arrived at the store, Fred had it ready to go. We arrived around 10AM on a Saturday and we’re on our way home in our Outback by early afternoon… and that included going out to eat while they detailed the car. Not bad. I had tried another local store, but all I got back was an email asking what I was interested in… after I had picked exactly what I wanted from the website! Luckily, Performance had the same one in stock.
