""Great Experience"" was VERY fortunate! I am not originally from MN but ""MN nice"" does NOT hold true at David's Bridal in Duluth. The older women who works there is NASTY to say the least. She would be better as a dog groomer or doing something where minimal interactions with people is required!
What happened with me is that I received an email that I had 14 days to pick up my shoes (which had been dyed to match the dress I bought through them). I traveled 2 hours to Duluth and when I got there I was told to come back a few hours later because they had not been dyed yet. I went back a few hours later and was totally ignored. The least that could have been said was ""were sorry but they are still not ready"". But instead the workers kept helping other customers and I waited for at least 20 min. The older women worker stepped in and was NOTHING but rude about it.....
Will never go back to David's Bridal at Duluth or probably any other David's Bridal!
