We had to take our car in for recall service and also some other minor things we wanted to get looked at. We were helped right away without a wait or an appointment. When we found the service would take most of the day they provided someone to give us a ride home at no cost. The service was done same day, for the price quoted, and while the service center closed at 4pm, there was someone to take payment and let us get our car until 8pm. No complaints at all.
