In response to the dissatisfied customer, I could NOT disagree with you more! I have been a customer of Debbie's for several years and have never been anything but happy with her work, as have several of my friends who also go to her on a regular basis.\r
Yes, there have been a couple of times that something Debbie tried on my hair did not work as expected. However, she has willingly corrected the situation AND insisted on doing it FREE OF CHARGE! \r
My occupation requires me to work with the general public, and I truly love my job. Over the years I have come to realize that there are some people that will not be happy with the service no matter what is done to satisfy them...and I have a strong suspicion that you are indeed in that category. \r
It is beyond my realm of imagination that Debbie would speak to a customer, especially a first-timer, in the manner in which you describe. Obviously you have yet to find someone who is able to satisfy your requirements for working with a client with curly hair. Once a woman finds a stylist they are truly happy with, there is little that could sway them to go to someone else.\r
It is my experience that any service provider is more than willing to work with a client to ensure their satisfaction. However, if that client becomes overly pushy and belligerent, the vendor is entitled to push back. What you have accused Debbie of saying to you is totally out of character for her and I could not disagree with your review more! \r
