This is not a great sign! My stepfather was transferred yesterday from another hospital that made many mistakes in his care. Another family member picked this location and I will be there today to see for myself if it is at least ""standard"" care.
As I am still holding while I typed this, Saturday at 10:10am EST June 25, 2011, I pray this is just a fluke in administrations phone service.
I will return to this location and update what I find!

I am hanging up the phone now after 15 minutes and 32 seconds of NO-one picking back up.
So far - not impressed but still hopeful that when I arrive later today with my own eyes a different scene will emerge.
