Don't be fooled by their cake samples. The final product done not compare. I've seen similar reviews so it's not just me. They are rude when it's time to pick up the cake and they are always late. I have been there two times thinking that the horrible experience the first time was just a fluke, but NO, second time was even worse. They are friendly when you go to order and pay but down right rude and when you have to pick up the cake… I had a 12pm pick up time. Showed up at 12:15pm thinking I would give them a little extra time- I left the place at 2:30pm!!! and that's after having to hear them tell me me that I was inpatient and that I was complaining too much. You make me wait 2 hours you’re going to get an ear-full. WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. Not worth the trouble.
