I agree with earlier posts for the horrible attitude of lady that responds to questions and concerns. And with scamming on problems that don't exist. AHS sent these guys out to determine a heat problem that I had seen a year earlier - basically a switch connection. Artisan sends out this kid that I wasn't impressed with. He looks at it and says a cracked heat exchange - I tell him I don't think so, he puts arm in with digital camera and says yea look there's the proof. I say - where?\r

Botton line, I call and ask for another technician. They say no and send their proposed bill of services - many of which are not covered. I call Artisan and the lady starts jerking me around and extremely unprofessional. \r

AHS tells me that these people have reviewed it and they will not send out another service group. (But that is another whole story!) \r

I call another heat service and explain the same thing I explained to Artisan about the switch. They have me up and running in 20 minutes. I ask them to come back and do a review of the ""cracked"" heat exchange to be on the safe side. They did and said their were absolutely no cracks.\r

SCAM! Stay Away! I agree with the guy that posted the comment on the positive reviews. Don't believe them!
