Artisan Comfort Systems Inc

Not only are the services poor (if not shady), and estimates ridiculous, they must have a part-time employee entering "Excellent" ratings to knock out the poor ratings. The only thing worse is that AHS still recommends them to service their unexpecting clients!! more

Here's the rundown on this company: 1. My AC broke within hours of the worker coming out to repair it. When I contacted the company, they said I would have to wait 2 more days for them to come out and look at it again. 2. When the worker came back out to repair it, he admitted that he had installed the blower motor improperly. 3. When it broke again within 2 days of the second repair, I called the company, was told that a senior technician would be out by 8am the next morning. When at 8:20 am no worker had shown up, I called the company. The female office worker proceeded to tell me that someone would be out between 12 and 2. I relayed the message I had received about a technician coming at 8am and the office worker HUNG UP ON ME! I called back and she hung up on me AGAIN! They then had my phone number blocked. Conclusion: this is the absolute worst HVAC company in the area in both customer service as well as actual competency at repairs. Avoid them at all cost. more

Contrary to other posts here, as an AHS member, the service provided by this company was everything that was expected. On time, (early even) and complete service. We were experiencing a heat wave and Artisan really made our lives bearable again. Thanks to Dave and Lori and the team at Artisan, we all were able to enjoy a cool nights rest. With so many HVAC contractors in the area it's hard to know who to go with. We have had Artisan Comfort Systems work on our unit and we very pleased with their efficiency. Unfortunately, our air went out on us on a very hot summer day, while we had dinner guests. We were so relieved when Dave not only showed up very quickly after our phone call, but also fixed the problem and "saved the day." This company is truly reliable and goes out of their way to try to accommodate their customers where possible. They are also honest, so you know what kind of service to expect. It's a relief to have a trustworthy and reliable company to help keep your biggest asset in top shape. Would definitely call Artisan Comfort Systems for any future HVAC services!! more

We have used Artisan for over 8 years now and between two different houses. We have had them install two systems at two different times. We also have a preventative maintenance program with them. Every single person I have dealt with in the company has been incredibly friendly and helpful. I have recommended the company to many of our friends and will continue to do so to anyone who asks. more

Two other comnpanies could not figure out why our A/C would cut out during the day and then come back on at night. Within 5 minutes of being here the Air System Services technician had located the problem, a faulty light switch used to cut power to the heat pump in the attic. Also located several other problems that were contributors. Nice, knowledgable and very fair. Don't bother goinf anywhere else! They were also able to come the very next day after I called. I can't say enough. more

This company has provided us with excellent customer service time and again...we have a zoning system that was having problems and Artisan scheduled us for service the next day...the technician arrived promptly (we were scheduled 10-12 and he was there at 10:05). The system needed a new transformer which was replaced at that time...and everything works great!!! more
