I was 8 months pregnant when our neighbor had 4 cases of bed bugs. They started pouring in through our wall and I called corperate and Sue gave me a hard time for wanting to change apartments. Lisa in the office is VERY rude and has actually hung up on me when I was calling because it was 96 degrees in my house. It took them over a week to fix my air while I had a 5 month old sweating her butt off and they cared less. Then when I call corperate Sue calls me a liar. Also they have this little pool that I would not reccommend going in because they allow people to smoke and drink in the pool. I went there one tiome with my daughter and there were girls making out with eachother and taking eachothers tops off. Very trashy. If it werent for the horrible management and corperate we would stay here, but we have now found a place that actually cares and will supply the services we pay in our rent, unlike green valley.
