I had an appt. with Hofmans glass to do an estimate. When the time for the appt. came and went I called them to find out how close they were. The girl on the phone told me ""Oh, I don't think so"", but she promised to look into it and told me to call back in 5 min. Then they proceeded to ignore my calls. Incidentally, I took the evening off of work to make the appt. I'm considering filing a complaint with the BBB. Not recommended.
