Promises broken, terrible customer service, NO work so far 11/12/2021

The super from my co-op recommended this company for work I want to have done in my apt. So far, I've scheduled appointments and they haven't showed up. The woman asnwering the phone keeps promising they will call me at certain times to confirm the appintment. No call, so I call her and no satisfaction. The latest, she rescheduled my appointment and told me they would call to confirm the next date, and yes, someone called but left no message. When I called back I got a voicemail, so I left them a message. I will give this company one more chance, and for good measure I will call them on the day of the appointment to confirm. If it doesn't happen, I will cancel and look for someone else. more

not good 6/7/2011

I had an appt for as estimate with 'hoffmans glass'. When the time for the appt came and went I called to ask where they were. The girl told me "Oh, I don't think so", but promised to follow up and that I should call right back. Then they proceeded to ignore my calls. I took the evening off of work to be available for the appt., so I'm not at all pleased with the customer services. I'm considering filing a complaint with the BBB. Not at all recommended. more

Hofmans glass family owned business great people with great prices they do everything such as storefonts mirrors fix windows glass table tops and they give great service more

Excellent Job 8/15/2005

When I needed my windows changed in a hurry at a great price I called Hofman’s glass. They have been in business for twelve years now. Their prices are cheap, work superb, and use only the best quality merchandise. They also do store fronts and mirror and it goes without saying that they do a superb job at a fair price. more

Sparkling Service 8/10/2005

Have a broken window? Do you want to fix the table top before your parents come home you got to give these guys a call. They do quality service and I was very satisfied with their work. Their fast and efficient. They'll give you the best prices and they are located in the heart of boro park more
