Although my car experience has not been excellent the past 3 weeks I was surprised when the dealers called me back after reading a review from a family member about my car. Although I was upset that my car had been messed up only a few weeks after I bought it I do understand that it was a 3900 dollar car and that not everything is going to be perfect in it right when I buy it.
I do believe maybe in the heat of the moment my family member reacted a little harshly but, it is their opinion and I am not one to say anything about it or try to correct what they said. But, in regards to the way the dealer handled the situation I was a little relieved that they didn't just chew my head off about it, acknowledging it wasn't my review.
I did receive good customer service from The Auto Source at my time there buying my car and the employees were very nice people. Them calling me to clear up the review was not something I expected but, I was happy to clear everything up and talk it out with them. If you're looking for a good deal on a car don't hesitate to at least give them a try, not everything will be perfect in a discounted car, but you have to come to expect that.
