I'm a member of their service club and have had excellent service for about 12 years now.
A young man by the name of TJ came by to do my annual summer check up. I happened to make a passing remark about my old TV set, and he offered to move it for me. It's one of the big old fashioned kind about 35 inches or so.
He took about 20 minutes out of his day to help an old lady out (I know they must be busy this time of year) and then tried his best to refuse the tip I offered.
Not only have I been a loyal Stan's customer for all these years, but I will be for years to come. They've never let me down or left me without cold air.
