My husband and I have lived here for 2 years and the first few months, we loved it. After that, our experience went down hill. We picked this place for the lovely community and the great ammenities. Also, it is close to Children's Hospital where he and I are both completing our residency. We have lived there for 1 year and have finally moved out!\r

The staff here are horrible and should find themselves a new profession. The staff often enter the apartment with no notice. I have walked in on them or they have walked in on me atleast once a month since I've lived there. They usually enter during hours where most people are at work. I do not feel safe with the traffic of unknown people in my apartment. We have had a broken washer and dryer in our unit since we moved in. We have sent numerous requests for them to fix it, and it still wasnt fixed the day we moved out. I also have often heard ALL of the staff menbers call me ""the Chineese woman in apartment 291"" which is beyond rediculous this day and age and completely unprofessional on their behalf. I am not Chinese, I am Korean. \r

The pool is nice, filled with a lot of medical college students and a lot of senior citizens. One of the staff members who is in charge of reinforcing the pool rules goes a little overboard with the rules. We have often got yelled at for ""too much splashing"", not laying our towels nice enough on the beach chairs, or not wearing the appropriate attire while walking to the pool. It states in the lease that if you are going to the pool, one must wear the hair pulled back, have a full body swimsuit cover up, and open toed shoes on to walk to and from the pool. If you do not follow this, you could get ""written up"". \r

All in all, we are not impressed. You can get a better apartment for a lot less rent!
