The A/C in my Lincoln SUV suddenly stopped working. My husband looked at it and determined that the high pressure line had a hole in it. He consulted a local auto store and they sold him a liquid weld product. Yeah well that was lesss than effective. I called several repair stations including to Ford dealers and they were insane with just the diagnostic charges, not even the repair!!! A guy that I knew from my company reccomended Ronk Auto and gave me the number. I spoke to a very nice woman on the phone and she then had me speak to Mike the owner. What a great guy. He went over the truck and found the initial issue and went a step further and found a few cruial issues that were contributing to the no A/C. He fixed it all for more than a fair price and did not do anything without talking to us 1st. It was a kinda of costly repair but no where near what I could have paid if I had gone somewhere else. Everyone that works there is personable, helpful and most of all knowledgible.
