My family friends have been going to this mechanic for many years.. They told me if i ever needed anything to stop by his shop and see if they could help. After bringing my car to them, Not only was it fixed at an affordable price, the service from their staff was warm and welcoming. For my first visit their it felt like i had been going to them for years. Could not have asked for better service. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is having car trouble and is looking for an excellent mechanic. And there is some cute ladies working in the lobby ;). My satisfaction level is 110% with this business. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED more

Great service, great staff, great prices, just GREAT GREAT GREAT!! My mother has been going to Ronk Service Center for almost 2 decades. I have been going there the past 2 years of being a car owner and cannot imagine going anywhere else. I am a young student who, like many other students, cannot go long without a car, and are short on finances. Not only is everything done super fast, but its also affordable for my struggling income. I have referred many people with any car issues from a basic oil change, an inspection, or brakes to go to Ronk Service Center. I will continue to recommend to any and all. Very pleased!! Brought 1 year old car in for inspection- it failed. Brought it elsewhere and it passed with flying colors. Their customer service SUCKS too. They shouldn't rip people off in their own neighborhood... I put flyers in every mail box. Shame on them. more

The A/C in my Lincoln SUV suddenly stopped working. My husband looked at it and determined that the high pressure line had a hole in it. He consulted a local auto store and they sold him a liquid weld product. Yeah well that was lesss than effective. I called several repair stations including to Ford dealers and they were insane with just the diagnostic charges, not even the repair!!! A guy that I knew from my company reccomended Ronk Auto and gave me the number. I spoke to a very nice woman on the phone and she then had me speak to Mike the owner. What a great guy. He went over the truck and found the initial issue and went a step further and found a few cruial issues that were contributing to the no A/C. He fixed it all for more than a fair price and did not do anything without talking to us 1st. It was a kinda of costly repair but no where near what I could have paid if I had gone somewhere else. Everyone that works there is personable, helpful and most of all knowledgible. more

Definitely not a service center that can be trusted. Recently found out that what I paid for to have replaced, was never replaced. A quick fix only lasted for so long. Also, overpriced. more

I bet the owner posted all of these positive reviews. I dropped my car off and was told I needed a new transmission. I went for a 2nd opinion elsewhere and found out that it was a simple belt!!! $60 and 4 months later... my car is perfect. SHAME ON YOU. more

My car is 8 years old. The back brakes were the original factory installed brakes. They started to make that awful grinding noise. I called several shops in my area ... all were competitively priced ( except the dealer who was $150.00 more! ) However, on the phone, Mike said.. "" Usually I can save the drums so I wouldn't worry about that "" The other shops I called heard a female voice and automatically included the drums in the price ... Mike told me bring it right down .. no appointment needed and we will finish it for you today. They called with the price BEFORE continuing.... and it was the price they quoted. A half hour later the car was done! Thanks for being honest and trustworthy! I'll definitely be going back when I need another service! Pros: Immediate service more

I started using ronks as a driver for a company...all our cars were serviced there. The attitude of the shop, the owners, and workers there have filled me with confidence enough to bring my personal car to them as well. I find them to be beyond trustworthy, extremely competent and professional and the one business that I have no reservations in recommending to others. I have never felt confident taking my car to a mechanic. I don't know much about cars and I was always nervous that I would be taken advantage of. After going to Ronk for the first time 7 years ago I instantly felt comfortable. I was never told to do more on my car than was needed and the prices were always great. It never hurt my wallet and I always walked away knowing that my car was in good hands. The owner is extremely knowledgable and honest. The shop is the most professional atmosphere I have ever seen. It is always clean and they seem to have new equipment. I would recommend this shop to anyone who was looking for a mechanic they could trust. I started driving about a year ago and own a used car that needed maintenance done. I brought it to a local service shop and was told I needed over a thousand dollars worth of repairs. I was talking to a friend about the amount of money and time I have to give into my new car and they referred me to Ronk Service. I went there thinking they would tell me the same thing as the other shop but I was wrong. Surprisingly Ronk Service was courteous enough to call me before any work was done and was honest enough to let me know what I really needed done on my car. I didn?t need half the stuff the other shop told me I needed. My car was finished by the end of the day. I felt respected being a young girl that they didn?t try to take me for all the money I had. I felt they wanted to help me instead. I even recommend this service shop to my friends who are also young drivers and my family. more
